Autism Assessment Testing: Appointment Sign-Up Process and Services

Welcome and thank you for choosing Comprehensive Collaborative Care for your Autism evaluation services. Our evaluation process involves two separate appointments and is designed to ensure thorough evaluation and personalized feedback.  We offer virtual testing only.

Intake/Assessment Appointment

  • During the intake session, the clinician gathers relevant information about the patient’s history, concerns, and symptoms.

  • Topics discussed may include medical history, current symptoms, family background, and any relevant psychosocial factors.

  • During the initial appointment, the clinician will conduct the autism assessment, which may involve the parent and/or client completing specific activities. The entire assessment is performed remotely, with the parent providing assistance as needed

  • This meeting is with our testing psychologist, Dr. Bennett or Dr. Hall-Wilson. You can schedule your intake appointment at any available time.

Feedback Appointment

  • In the feedback session, the clinician discusses the test results with the patient.

  • They provide feedback on the findings, explaining what the scores mean and how they relate to the patient’s functioning.

  • Recommendations for treatment, accommodations, or further evaluation are discussed.

  • The patient has an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns

  • During this meeting, we’ll discuss the results, answer any questions, and provide recommendations moving forward.
